Aventures in Turkey

Cindy and I spent two weeks in Turkey and it was wonderful to be at International Congress 2007 with more than 650 delegates from over 100 countries. In this experience, we shared many good moments with AIESECers experiencing the same challenges that we face, and having the same leadership development that we are having. One of the experiences that touched me the most was when we meet all these alumni and other people who after a successful AIESEC career are now starting or already in a successful career at important companies like PwC, DHL, Cadbury Schweepes, ABN AMRO, etc. or starting their own companies, starting their own NGOs, and being truly change agents.
Most important of all is to realize that I am following those steps; I am going for a career like theirs, it will all depend on the choices I make.
